What does delivery service cost?
It’s FREE with a few simple requirements. You must:
Be within our scheduled delivery area
Receive delivery on your scheduled day
Order a minimum of $40
How can Riley Roo afford to deliver at no charge?
Our delivery schedule minimizes the need for us to run all over Timbuktu. Certain zip groups are assigned certain delivery days in the week. Please check our delivery schedule to see when we will be in your area.
What do I do if I forgot to order and I am almost out of food?
If you cannot wait until your next scheduled delivery day, we will arrange to deliver your order as soon as possible. This is a Special Delivery and the fee is $10. This also pertains to orders not meeting the $40 minimum.
What is Auto Delivery?
If you know you need a delivery of food every 3-6 weeks we can automatically deliver to you with a confirmation email. With Auto Delivery you never need to worry about running out of food. Riley Roo remembers for you.
* Please Note: Do not assume you have Auto Delivery unless you receive a confirmation email from Riley Roo verifying it.
Do I need to be home to accept delivery?
No you do not need to be home to accept delivery. We realize most people are busy so we will leave your delivery near the front door in an inconspicuous location. Please let us know if there is another area you would like your order to be left. No protective or aggressive animals should have access to this area.
*If you live in a gated community, please be sure to add Riley Roo to your visitors list. If we cannot leave your order or cannot reach you by phone, there will be an Undeliverable Delivery Charge.
What is an Undeliverable Delivery Charge?
Riley Roo makes every effort to get you your product on your scheduled delivery day. If for some reason we are unable to leave your order and cannot reach you by phone the order will be deemed “undeliverable” and an Undeliverable Charge will be added to your account. The Undeliverable Charge is $15.
Can I pick up my order, rather than have it delivered?
Yes! We are located in East Nashville at 1316 Rosedale Ave. Please call 615.669.0259 before coming over. We may be out delivering and by calling we can arrange to meet or leave your order in our secure pickup area.
What are your business hours?
Normal business hours are 9 AM until 6 PM Monday through Friday. Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays.
Do you ship orders?
Unfortunately at this point we do not ship orders. It is something we are working on so please check back with us.
How do I contact you?
If we do not answer, please leave a clear message with your name and return phone number. Calls are returned between 9am-6pm Monday through Friday.
Emails are normally answered within 24 hours. If you have not heard back, please follow up. Be sure to add Info@myrileyroo.com to your email contacts to avoid spam filters.
